Hi there!

You can navigate around the data by dragging your mouse around and scrolling in and out.

The interface on the right side lets you switch between sport disciplines. Click on the different data sources to blend them in and out. Animate acc starts and stops an animation cycle for the acceleration data. To get a better understanding of the data sources, simply click on datainfo.

If you want to save an image of your current view, press download. This might take a few seconds.

Afterwards, you can check out the About page to learn more about this project.

Finally, don't forget to turn on your audio to fully explore this visualisation and click sound if the audio hasn't started yet.

All data was recorded with a smartwatch.

The ACCELERATION sensor provides you with a three-dimensional vector representing acceleration along each device axis, excluding gravity.

The GRAVITY sensor provides a three dimensional vector indicating the direction and magnitude of gravity. Typically, this sensor is used to determine the device's relative orientation in space. Its value is derived from the accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer.

The SOUND recording is filtered by its frequency levels and used to animate the white mesh ball in the center of the visualisation.
